Shipping and Delivery Policies :

Domestic :

1. Shipping is free if the Order value is above Rs 5000

2. Shipping Within AP and TS costs Rs 150 per order

3. Shipping outside AP and TS states costs Rs 200 per order

4. Order delivery time frame : 5-20 days depending on the product (Mentioned in Description of each product)

5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

In case of modifications to the delivery address, kindly drop us a mail at care@ssqueenswardrobe.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

6. Our domestic delivery partners are DTDC and Indian Speed post.

(If there are any nonserviceable areas, we send through India post or any other courier services available at that time)

International  :

1. Please contact us for International Shipping, Shipping costs are calculated based on Weight. 

2. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer.

3. Our International delivery partner is DHL/FedEx/UPS

4. All international orders are delivered within 20-25 days.

5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

All our prices are inclusive GST  except customs, if applicable in your region.

What if the product received is in damaged condition?

At SS Queens Wardrobe we take utmost care while packing any order, we thoroughly check for damages at least two times before dispatch.

Once you receive the package we need an opening video of the package to be applicable for any refund of money and you can mail the video and reach out to us for a refund at care@ssqueenswardrobe.com. Please read our Returns policy for further details.

A refund will be initiated only after we check the video and your money will be transferred to you through the original payment mode.

How can I track my order?

We will be sending an email with the tracking number link & service provider details after the order is dispatched. You can track your order in the website of the provider for ex: dtdc
