Returns and Cancellations :

We cannot cancel an order once placed.
Exchange or Return is only possible in below situations.

Exchange Policy :
We do not exchange the dresses as we customize them according to your measurements and are tailor-made for you unless you have received a wrong dress. Really sorry, these things usually don’t happen at SSQueenswardrobe!
In case you received a wrong package you can mail us at care@ssqueenswardrobe.com or whatsapp us on+91 9640089271. We will get back to you within 2 to 4 days with process steps.
 
Return Policy :
If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the package is tampered, please refuse to accept the package and mail us at care@ssqueenswardrobe.com or whatsapp us on +91 9640089271 along with your order id.
If on opening the package you found it damaged or stained, in this case we require the 360 degree opening video of the package to initiate the return request within 24 hours of receiving the product. Without the opening video of the package in a continuous mode(video should not be paused or edited to club two videos together), we would not initiate a return. The video can be mailed to at care@ssqueenswardrobe.com or whatsapp us on +91 9640089271.

After we check the video, we will process the return/refund.

Once we receive the damaged product we will refund the amount through the original mode of payment.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. We will be refunding the product cost only. This will be done in 5-7 working days.

 Note for return & exchange :
  1. The products should be unused and unwashed.
  2. Return/exchange requests that are not raised within 24 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  3. Minor alterations like to make the dress tight or lose can be done by you with the help of a local tailor or by self. Major fitting issues are only accepted for alteration by us. The courier charges have to be borne by the customer.
  4. We do a quality check on all the returned products after which only the refund/exchange will be initiated.
  5. Please make sure the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us.

Refund Policy:

Refunds in case of any will be initiated via Original payment mode back to customer and it may take 10 to 15 days to appear in your account for online payments.
