How long it will take to deliver an order?
It varies from product to product, Approximately 10 – 25 days depends on the product. Please refer to
product description for the expected delivery timeline.

Yes we ship all over India and Abroad. Please contact us for International Shipping.
Do you have COD?
We do not have Cash on Delivery option, We accept Online payments or Bank transfer only.
I placed an order twice. What shall I do?
In case you have placed the order twice by mistake and you wish to cancel one order do
contact us soon. We would cancel one of your orders and your refund will be initiated
through the original mode of payment.
How do I track my orders?
We will be sending the tracking number of your order through an email once your order is
dispatched. You can track it on the website of the courier partner.

Do you take Orders over phone?
Yes, we take only Customised orders, Urgent Orders and Orders with International shipping
via our contact: +91 9000340584 (Whatsapp only Possible, No calls please) or drop us a mail

I have placed my order, can I add more products to the same order?
No, once the order is placed you cannot add more items in it, you have to create a fresh new
order.
Can I change the measurements once the order is placed?
Yes, you can change the measurements within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us at
sscollection.qw@gmail.com. with a change in measurements request along with the new
set of measurements. No refund can be provided for downgrading the size.
Do I need to make the complete payment for any customized dress?
Yes, you need to make the full payment for any dress or order. We do not accept any partial
payments or instalments or EMI’s.
What do I do if I do not receive my order within the estimated delivery time frame?
You can drop us a mail saying so at sscollection.qw@gmail.com if you do not receive your order
within mentioned timeline, we will check and get back to you.
Do you keep extra stitched and Margins to the dresses?
Yes, extra stitches and Margins will be provided by default to most of the dresses if permitted by
pattern only.
Will you send me Exactly the same product?
Yes, we will be customizing each dress after receiving the order exactly same as in our pics. There
could be slight color variation due to phone resolutions or settings, but the product will be exactly the
same. Please be informed that we can’t garuantee the laces, borders, buttons to be same as in the pic
as we customize it as per the order and these will be given as per availability.
